Peter Punch is a senior partner of Carroll & O’Â’Dea LawyersÂ’ Workplace Solutions Group. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Punch has developed a reputation of superb legal ethics and outstanding client service. He has been accredited since 1994 in employment and industrial relations law by the New South Wales Law Society. Mr. Punch accepts cases in the areas of administrative and civil law, employee benefits, labor and employment, legal ethics and professional responsibility, libel slander and defamation, occupational safety and health, business services and employment discrimination.
Mr. Punch is highly skilled in alternative dispute resolutions. He undertakes each case with the initial goal of resolving disputes without resorting to litigation unless there is no other option. Mr. PunchÂ’s clients have included employees, employers, employer organizations, government agencies, unions and non-profit organizations.
