SUMMARY
As partner and principal at Dugan, Babij & Tolley, LLC, George S. Tolley, III, proudly provides legal representation for people in Timonium, Maryland. He focuses his practice on handling cases that involve the following matters: truck accident law, torts law, product liability law, personal injury law, plaintiffÂ’s personal injury law, motorcycle accident law, medical negligence law, medical malpractice law, birth trauma law and auto accident law.
Medical professionals are expected to help people get better. Unfortunately, too many patients fall victim to negligence, causing their conditions to worsen. These victims experience pain, suffering and exorbitant medical bills. For decades, Mr. Tolley has been working toward righting these wrongs through securing compensation for the damages these patients incur.
Taking a tactical approach to every case, he works closely with clients to cover every possible detail. Mr. Tolley then aggressively pursues a favorable outcome, whether he is going to battle in the courtroom or negotiating a settlement. One of his most notable successes involves a case in which a client had suffered a traumatic birth injury due to medical negligence. Mr. Tolley was able to secure a jury verdict in excess of $20 million, which is the largest medical malpractice verdict in MarylandÂ’s history.
As a testament to his achievements, Mr. Tolley has earned the highest rating possible of AV Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell; he has been honored in the Best Lawyers in America; and the Maryland Association for Justice has named him as Trial Lawyer of the Year.
Mr. Tolley is admitted to practice in Maryland.
When he is not working with clients, Mr. Tolley enjoys participating in crossword and puzzle competitions as well as spending time with his wife and four sons.
