With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Fogg has helped clients navigate a variety of legal matters. He understands the stress that issues such as child custody battles, a car accident or the death of a loved one can cause. Treating clients with compassion and respect, he takes the time to work closely with the people involved to reach a favorable outcome.
Before pursuing a career in law, Mr. Fogg was an intelligence officer for the U.S. Army and earned a Vietnam Campaign Medal and an Army Commendation Medal. Bringing that work ethic to his practice today, he pays strict attention to details. As a testament to his success, Mr. Fogg earned OklahomaÂ’s 1971 Outstanding Young Lawyer award.
Mr. Fogg is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the U.S. Tax Court.
A lecturer and motivational speaker, Mr. Fogg is also active in his community through the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
