Raymond C. Steadmon has been a member of Lane & Lane, LLC, since 2009. He has a full understanding of workersÂ’ compensation law in regards to workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, and has helped obtain sizeable settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients with occupational diseases.
Particularly of interest to Mr. Steadmon is the prevalent issue of distracted driving. Having seen too many families devastated by this preventable action, he has dedicated himself to educating drivers of all ages on the dangers of texting while driving and other distractions.
Mr. Steadmon also represents clients who were negatively affected by the unprofessional or negligent conduct of other attorneys. He strongly believes in holding legal professionals liable for their actions, especially if their conduct has resulted in an unfavorable trial outcome.
