SUMMARY
As an attorney at The Masters Law Firm, L.C., Christopher L. Brinkley is dedicated to protecting the rights of people in Charleston, West Virginia. He focuses his practice on handling cases that involve the following matters: product liability law, consumer law, premises liability law, personal injury law and auto accident law.
Consumers who purchase a product expect it to deliver the results it promises. Unfortunately, defective items exist and can lead to serious injuries. With more than a decade of experience working on product liability cases, Mr. Brinkley understands the responsibility a manufacturer, distributor and other members of the supply chain may have. He is a fierce advocate for clients who have experienced an injury. Thanks to tenacity, Mr. Brinkley has established a track record of obtaining favorable verdicts and settlements.
An author and frequent lecturer, Mr. Brinkley enjoys sharing his legal knowledge with others. He regularly speaks about topics including admissibility of evidence and expert testimony as well as litigation strategies.
Mr. Brinkley was admitted to practice in Virginia in 2003, in Missouri in 2002, in Arkansas in 1995 and in Georgia in 1999.
