Ms. Mitchell was admitted to practice in Mississippi in 1982, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi (2001), the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi (1982), the U.S. Federal Court (1982), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit (1984) and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas (1989).
