Regarding criminal defense, Mr. Soldan has a reputation as a thorough and aggressive advocate for the rights of those accused of crimes. To provide optimum services to clients with drunk driving and traffic charges, Mr. Soldan has received advanced instruction and training in the areas of radar performance, speed detection and DUI defense.
With both personal injury and criminal defense matters, Mr. Soldan understands that approaching a case with a humanitarian view is key. He realizes that those with serious injuries will often be frightened, confused and overwhelmed at the thought of beginning the legal process. The same is true for those possibly facing jail time or other penalties. Rather than treating clients as case numbers, he takes time to get to know them personally and understand their emotional needs as well as their legal requirements.
Outside of work, Mr. Soldan is passionate about baseball – both playing and watching pro games – and trail running. He has several 50k runs under his belt. Mr. Soldan believes that the dedication he pours into his personal passions have helped to prepare him for the intense planning, concentration and endurance that are necessary for each legal case.
