As a principal member of Price Waicukauski & Riley, LLC, William N. Riley is dedicated to representing clients in Indianapolis, Indiana. He focuses his practice on handling cases that involve the following matters: torts law, product liability law, professional malpractice law, professional liability law, class action law, personal injury law, consumer law, defamation law, litigation and liber, slander and defamation law.
Holding major corporations and insurance companies accountable for damages can be a long, complex process. With more than 25 years of intense litigation experience, Mr. Riley has proven time and again that he will not balk at cases that involve intimidating defendants.
With a number of top-dollar successes in high-profile cases, Mr. Riley has built a reputation for securing compensation for clients. For example, in a six-week trial against insurance giant State Farm, he served as lead counsel and obtained a $14.5 million verdict for his client. As a member of the Castano PlaintiffsÂ’ Legal Committee, he was able to recover $12.5 billion for the State of California.
For all his hard work and success, Mr. Riley was one of the youngest attorneys in Indiana to have earned the highest rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell. Additionally, he has been named in The Best Lawyers in America**; he holds an Avvo “Good” rating; and he was honored in the 2014 American Society of Legal Advocates Top 100 Lawyers.
Mr. Riley was admitted to practice in Indiana in 1989 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District for the Southern District of Indiana (1989), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit (1992) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit (2007).
