Among his notable accomplishments, Mr. Williams represented a client who was severely injured by a defective product. Through the lawsuit, Mr. Williams recovered $1.2 million for his client. In another case, he represented a client in a breach of contract suit that resulted in a $230,000 verdict in his clientÂ’s favor. Mr. Williams also made the closing arguments in a jury trial against State Farm Insurance. That case ended with a $14.5 million ruling, which is IndianaÂ’s largest defamation verdict.
For his achievements, Mr. Williams received the Indian Trial Lawyers Association Max Goodwin Young Lawyer Award in 2013.
