Gregory L. Evans practices insurance law with the Vaka Law Group, bringing over 25 years of experience to the firmÂ’s team. His areas of representation include first and third-party insurance litigation, extra-contractual litigation, SUI-fraud matters, personal injury insurance and property insurance litigation. Mr. Evans has extensive experience litigating in both jury and non-jury cases. His goal is to help insurance companies and clients resolve insurance claims in a manner that is satisfactory to all parties. He has had the privilege of representing most of the nationÂ’s major casualty and property insurance companies at some point during his career.
Prior to joining the Vaka Law Group, Mr. Evans gained experience working for a number of high-profile Florida law firms. Board certified in appellate practice, Mr. Evans is dedicated to providing excellent customer service while keeping in mind the needs and interests of those involved on all sides of the courtroom. Mr. Evans takes care to consider the human aspect of each case, an approach that is beneficial to the reputations of the insurance agencies he represents.
