Benjamin LevineÂ’s impressive trial experience spans a career of more than 30 years. As an attorney with Lesnevich & Marzano-Lesnevich, LLC in New Jersey, Mr. Levine is dedicated to the aggressive representation of clients who were injured in particularly challenging catastrophes and medical mistakes. He also handles numerous civil rights matters and has extensive experience litigating class action lawsuits. In regards to civil rights, Mr. Levine has represented numerous victims of police brutality and racial profiling, and strives to uphold prisonersÂ’ rights. He also has experience in business torts, including contract violations and unfair competition.
Included in Mr. LevineÂ’s achievements are numerous verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million. He has represented clients throughout the country in addition to New Jersey and New York State, and serves as a liaison counsel to law firms outside New Jersey that wish to bring cases to the state.
