SUMMARY
As an attorney at The Handley Law Center, Fletcher D. Handley, Jr., is committed to representing clients in El Reno, Oklahoma. He dedicates his practice to handling cases that involve the following matters: wrongful death law, truck accident law, toxic torts law, personal injury law, plaintiffÂ’s personal injury law, paternity law, litigation, liquor liability law, dram shop liability law, insurance law, divorce law, consumer law, auto accident law, child custody law, asbestos litigation law and alcoholic beverage law.
Before focusing on helping people navigate legal issues, Mr. Handley served with the U.S. Navy and the Oklahoma Army National Guard. During his decades of service, he earned a law degree and brought the work ethic he honed with the military to his practice. He now fights for those who have been injured, those who are battling family issues and military families who need representation.
Treating every client with respect, Mr. Handley openly communicates about how a case is progressing. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for securing favorable outcomes, whether it is a jury verdict after trial or a settlement after negotiations.
As a testament to his achievements, Mr. Handley has been named in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100; he has been admitted to join the Million Dollar Advocates Forum; he was chosen as OklahomaÂ’s Outstanding Young Lawyer of 1983; and he was elected as an Oklahoma Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Mr. Handley was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1979.
A community activist, Mr. Handley has twice received the El Reno Education AssociationÂ’s Lamplighter Award.
