For example, in a six-week long trial, Ms. Alesio represented a U.S. Navy veteran who spent 26 years aboard nuclear submarines. The man worked directly with asbestos-tainted packing and gasket materials. He was eventually diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma, which is a fatal cancer. Ms. Alesio built a compelling case that resulted in a $70 million jury verdict for the man and his wife.
Ms. Alesio was admitted to The State Bar of California in 2008 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
