Mr. Rappaport is a member of the New York State and Broome County Bar Associations, as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Binghamton Breakfast Rotary, Secretary of the Vestal Hills Country Club and a former committee member or director of various community organizations including the B.C. Open, Temple Concord, and the Triple Cities Golf Association. Mr. Rapport is a current board member of the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier, the Legal Aide Society of Mid New York and the Police Athletic League.
