Nancy T. Williams joined the team at Brayton Purcell LLP in 1999 as an associate. The attorneys she worked for quickly began to realize Ms. WilliamsÂ’ talents in management and organization. After gaining legal experience, Ms. Williams took on additional responsibilities as the manager of the law firmÂ’s Probate Department. In this capacity, she oversees the filing and releasing of litigation proceeds for each of the firmÂ’s wrongful death cases. Ms. Williams also manages the firmÂ’s attorney resources.

Ms. Williams is proud to be a member of one of Northern CaliforniaÂ’s preeminent personal injury law firms with particular emphasis in asbestos litigation law and toxic torts law. Throughout the course of her employment with Brayton Purcell, she has gained extensive experience in cases relating to personal injury law, mass torts law, product liability law, torts law, wrongful death law and general litigation.

Despite the well-known hazards to public safety, asbestos exposure is still something that regularly occurs among construction workers and the general public.
