For more than 40 years, Mr. Christensen has been committed to providing thorough and aggressive representation to clients at both the trial and appellate levels. The National Board of Legal Specialization has certified him as civil trial specialist, evident in the numerous successes he has had over the course of his career. Mr. Christensen has tried more than 30 cases to jury verdict, most of them civil matters.
For his many accomplishments, Mr. Christensen holds an Avvo “Superb” rating; has been admitted to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum; and he has earned the highest rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.

Bob is certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) since 1993.
Professional Affiliations
Bob is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a Senior Counsel of the College of Master Advocates and Barristers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and an Emeritus member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.  He is the former President of Creative Dispute Resolution.  He served on the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association for ten years – the longest term possible under it’s by-laws) and was commended for service.  Bob currently also serves on its Finance Committee.  He is also a member of the Minnesota Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers and he is currently serving on its Executive Board as its Treasurer.  Bob is also a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Association and American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA).
Awards
Bob has been selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2003, in surveys of Minnesota lawyers.  He has an “AV†rating (the highest rating possible) by Martindale-Hubbell.
